A CFP Screening Room event was held at the AFA Gallery in Scranton, July 15. The event included two CFP Shorts, a film by Wyoming Seminary students, a reel by Bob Sweeney, and two films by Thomas Miller. The evening concluded with the region's premiere of Movieoke--where adventurous souls acted out scenes from their favorite movies. More Screening Room events featuring Movieoke are coming soon.

Three CFP films, Who’s Famous Now, Cubes, and Deadroll were accepted at the 4th annual Pocono Mountain Film Festival, August 3-5.

Trish Blaine’s short Red/Blue was accepted to the Philadelphia Gay and Lesbian Film festival. Red/Blue was recently honored at a benefit for the Rainbow Alliance.

Cast and Crew Calls for Shorts 2 will held on July 29 (Wilkes-Barre) and July 30 (Scranton).
