CAST NEEDED:
SARAH -- 20 years old. Gorgeous. Brunette. Athletic. Very intelligent. Strong willed. Independent. She has been obsessed with a school film project on missing children ever since her little sister Lacie disappeared two years ago. Sarah is highly intuitive yet she is unaware of her strength and therefore unable to correlate her visions to clairvoyance. She is content with her boyfriend Hale but has always felt like something is missing. She spends a lot of time with her best friend Richter, whom she grows more attached to every day as he helps her cope with the madness that surrounds her. She loves her family very much but when her younger sister disappears and her older sister kills herself, the family bond begins to deteriorate.
HALE -- 20 years old. Handsome, in a Yale or Harvard sort of way. Thin. Worldy but not fearless. Has been dating Sarah for two years. His father is very wealthy so Hale has always had everything he could want. He doesn’t work and spends most of his time traveling. He is intelligent but has an air of ignorance. He loves Sarah with all of his heart. Yet when the craziness begins, he sees no other choice but to get far away from her.
RICHTER -- 24 years old. Good looking. Charming. Honest and caring. He met Sarah in college. After sharing several classes together, he developed an interest in her but was aware and respectful of her relationship with Hale. He was lucky enough to get paired up with Sarah for the film project in Sociology class. He is happy to use this experience to get closer to her but is completely unaware of just how deeply involved he will become. He also sees Hale’s desertion as a chance to fill the role that Sarah so desperately needs right now.
JUDY -- 42 years old. Classy, blouse and pearls kind of woman. She has been married to Phil for 20 years. He is her third husband. She loves him, but the magic has been gone for ages. She promised herself that if she had children, she would never get a divorce. She goes through the motions of every day life just trying to hold the pieces together of what was once a perfect family.
PHIL -- 45 years old. Intelligent. White collar. Investment banker. Provides very well for his family. Even though things are crumbling, as long as his bills are paid and his family taken care of, he feels as if his job is done. He’s not the type of father that you can talk to anything about. He has always preferred a “don’t ask questions” approach from his children. He appears to be out of the loop but Sarah starts to believe that both he and Judy know more about what’s going on then they are letting on.
CHANTAL -- 26 years old. Once beautiful, her trauma has aged her dramatically. Brunette with hints of gray. She has been locked up in a mental institution for two years. Horrible nightmares and visions along with the disappearance of her little sister Lacie sent her over the edge. Once in Law School and an honor roll student, she became completely removed from reality when the world around her seemed to disintegrate. When Sarah shows up at the hospital to see if Chantal knows anything about her mysterious nightmares and visions, Chantal fears the worst and believes that there is truly only one way out.
AUNT BECKY -- 40 years old. Heavyset. Short hair, glasses. She is a preacher. A devout Catholic who runs a summer camp for children where she immerses them in religion. She truly believes what she teaches and feels as if it is her calling in life to enrich a new generation of children. She adores her family and has a special affection for Sarah.
MARK -- 36 years old. Married with two children. Sociology Professor. Sarah and Richter work on the documentary for his class. He is aware of the drive behind Sarah’s research but doesn’t let her know it. He holds a special place for her pain in his heart and is willing to go beyond his duties as an educator to give her the help that she needs.
