Film Maker Tip- Music Rights

Got a piece of music you want to use in your film? You should be aware that there are copyright issues involved and you may have to pony up some cash for the use of that song.

The American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP) has put together a detailed FAQ on how you can track down a song's copyright holder and what steps to take to acquire a license to use the music here.
