the ten second film fest has an ugly website (all text stored as images), but an intriguing competition -- make a 10 second film according to the following rules:

• 1) the film MUST be shot on equipment that is PRIMARILY NOT A VIDEO CAMERA.


• 2) ZERO EDIT. You are not allowed to edit any portion of your film.


• 3) SOUND COUNTS


• 4) 10 seconds, but you can fudge it a little.
