Lewisburg's Campus Theatre To Host Documentary Fest

Lewisburg’s Campus Theatre will be kicking off their week-long documentary film festival starting this Friday, November 3 with a screening of a documentary short film about the historic theater as well as the feature length docs The Outsider at 7 pm and This Film Is Not Yet Rated at 10 pm. Present at the screening of The Outsider, which looks at the production of an independent film, will be the documentary’s director Nicholas Jarecki and the film’s subject- Academy Award winner James Toback.

Among the films screening at the festival will be three Pennsylvania premiers- The Chances Of The World Changing, When I Came Home and the controversial Jesus Camp.

You can view the fest’s schedule at the Campus Theatre’s website here.

On a personal note- I’ve seen three of the films that the Campus will be screening- This Film Is Not Yet Rated, Wordplay and Who Killed The Electric Car?. If the quality of these three films is any indication of the rest of the week’s scheduled documentaries, then you can’t go wrong with any of the films being screened.
