This summer’s coolest happy hour will surely be Cocktails in the City at the Scranton Cultural Center. The inaugural event will take place on Friday June 3 from 5:30 to 8pm. Admission is $15.00 and covers Beer, Wine, Soda, Cosmos, Pizza and Hors d'oeuvres. This event takes place rain or shine.
